We recommend referring to the size chart on each product page. If this is your first purchase, you can measure your foot length (in centimeters) and match it with the size chart. Our shoes use standard sizing, so if you normally wear US 9, you can select the same size. If you have wider feet, we suggest going up half a size.
Orders over 1000 NTD qualify for free shipping. Orders under 1000 NTD incur a shipping fee of 80 NTD for mainland Taiwan and 150 NTD for offshore islands. We use Black Cat or Hsinchu Delivery services, and you can choose your preferred method at checkout.
Yes! Within 7 days of receiving your items, you can request a return or exchange if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us via customer service email or LINE official account, and we'll assist you with the process. Return shipping is paid by the customer, while exchange shipping is covered by us.
We ship orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays). Mainland Taiwan deliveries typically take 2-3 days, while offshore islands take about 4-5 days. A tracking number will be provided after shipment so you can monitor delivery progress.
We offer multiple payment methods: credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB), ATM transfer, convenience store payment codes (7-11 / FamilyMart / Hi-Life), and cash on delivery. Credit card and convenience store payments confirm orders immediately, while ATM transfers must be completed within 3 days.
